As an organization processing data of California residents, it needed to comply with Data Privacy Requests. CCPA mandates providing patients a means to ask for their Rights for Portability, Access, Rectification and Deletion. ClearChoice uses Salesforce to manage their patient information, and needed to automate handling of such requests.
