PDF branding : 
 

  1. To add documents which will be used for PDF branding in case of Data Portability follow the steps mentioned below –
  • Go to the classic model of the salesforce.

  • Go to the All Tabs, by clicking on the “+” on the tab bar as shown in the screenshot below:

  • Go to the Documents tab.

  • Select the PC_Logo folder. Click on the ‘New’ button.

  •  Fill in the appropriate details for uploading new documents and Click on the Save button.

  • From this folder, users can delete or add new logos/files according to their requirements.
  • The logo uploaded here will be available for the PDF branding in the portability mapping.

  1. To add the company branding logos/ images or file on the cover page and the back page of the PDF document generated in the portability follow the below-mentioned steps:
  • Click on the PDF Branding option from the Action Dropdown of Data Portability Mapping of choice.

  • User can Add Cover pages and Back pages from this wizard by clicking on New button

  • To add Coverpage(s) click on the New button and select the Document of choice and click on the Save button.

  • After adding Coverpages and Backpages Portability Branding wizard will be as follows –

  • Users can add multiple cover pages and back pages in this Portability Branding Wizard.
  • The recommended image size for PDF branding  is 1414 x 1824 pixels.
