As part of their CCPA compliance initiative, F&D implemented OneTrust Privacy Portal to manage their Data Subject Access Request.

 

Their customer data is managed in Salesforce and needed to be integrated for Portability and Data Erasure requests.

 

Integrating for specific requirements for personal data Portability and Deletion, they needed an AppExchange package that offered rich APIs and was designed for enterprise grade customers.

The request needed to be initiated from OneTrust’s consent portal and address the request in Salesforce.
