Lead Salesforce Success Engineer
Are you solution-oriented, love playing with platform capabilities, and can configure Salesforce? If yes, join us to help Salesforce customers succeed with our 100% Salesforce native AppExchange apps.
We are a US-based Data Security & Privacy product startup that operates in the Salesforce ecosystem. With the growth of our customer base, we are expanding our customer success team.
Experience: 3-5 years of implementation, support & testing of Salesforce solutions & products, preferably for AppExchange.
Responsibilities:
- Lead/Support implementation of Cloud Compliance AppExchange apps
- Lead/Assist with software Quality Assurance & documentation
- Support our product and services throughout the product life cycle
- Serve and represent as the techno-Functional resource to partners & customers
- Implement Salesforce ISV package development guidelines and best practices
- Update external facing documentation, demo videos, user guides, technical briefings, etc.
Requirements:
- Holds a valid Salesforce 'Platform App Builder' Certification
- Prior experience in managing 4+ people team
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration and declarative development
- Comfortable with Flows, writing SOQL, using 'execute anonymous'
- Expertise in Apex, integration methods, object data models, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience testing AppExchange packages and understanding managed packages
- Experience in implementing security aspects (permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, field-level security, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Client-focused and action-oriented
Salesforce Architect - Product Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Drive complete app building life cycle including product design, architecture, development & AppExchange packaging
- Investigate cutting-edge Salesforce platform capabilities to accelerate Innovation & new product development
- Implement DevOps processes and automation
- Mentor development team and implement best practices
- Troubleshoot support issues escalated by support team to engineering
- Develop AppExchange packages following best practices and CCI (Cumulus CI)
