New Feature​

  • Apex Extraction Interface for Retention: Apply custom business logic and complex filtering rules to retention policies that go beyond standard field-based criteria, enabling sophisticated compliance scenarios like multi-year inactivity periods, jurisdiction-based retention, and conditional record selection.
  • Apex Portability Interface: Customize data exports by post-processing extracted information before PDF generation, allowing you to enrich customer data requests with additional fields, related records.

Enhancements​

  • Enhanced Data Vault Preview to enable searching obfuscated records by entering original field values across multi-level object hierarchies, allowing users to retrieve and view all masked data

Bugs fixed​

  • Fixed issue where the “Replacing Field” was not enabled for certain data types when selecting Obfuscate action with Formula field option.
  • Enhanced Import validation to display specific missing objects and fields in the destination org with detailed error messages in the Error Message field, replacing generic failure notifications.
  • Corrected “Thursday” spelling in weekly scheduling interface that was preventing retention schedules from being created on Thursdays.

Known Issues​

  • When importing a Portability Configuration into a destination org, the Apex Class Name field is not getting automatically populated.
