Person Account
For Example- Group 1 contains the filter criteria of Person Account RecordTrypeId and you have to add only the “FirstName” and “LastName” fields in the field mapping under the Account Object
Object- Account
Field- First name
Field- Last name
Apart from this, you can add any number of fields in the field mapping
- For Cloud Compliance App
For RTBF, you have to create two mappings, one mapping for Business Account and a second mapping for Person Account
Business Account RTBF Mapping
For Business Account Mapping you have to add only the “Name” field in the field mapping under the Account Object
Object- Account
Field- Name
Apart from this, you can add any number of fields in the field mapping
Person Account RTBF Mapping
For Person Account Mapping you have to add only the “FirstName” and “LastName” fields in the field mapping under the Account Object
