Technology & Implementation

Do Cloud Compliance products take my data off-platform for processing or storage?

Nope. All of our products are 100% native to Salesforce. 

This means that all data processing & storage happens on your Salesforce instance (Org). This ensures that your customer data is in the comfort of your Salesforce security at all times. We never-ever take your data off-platform for any reason.

Would the Cloud Compliance team have access to my Salesforce data?

No. Our products do not allow us any direct access to your data in Salesforce.

We have no way to access your Salesforce instance (Org) unless you explicitly gave us access. We may require you to provide us with a Dev Sandbox (that has no data) for configuring our product and implementation.

Can I try a Cloud Compliance product for free before purchasing?

Yes! You can download our FREE DataMasker from AppExchange

After an order has been placed, how soon can I start using it? What about go-live?

Yes! You can start kicking the tires on most of our products within hours.

However, configuring Cloud Compliance for a go-live depends on the complexity of your requirements & usage of product features.

Licensing & Subscription

Is your subscription fee paid annually or monthly?

Our subscription fee is calculated annually.

Does your subscription fee include implementations?

It depends! 

We either assist customers for no charge or quote an implementation fee separately, based on the product and the complexity of your requirements.

How is the subscription fee charged?

We charge a subscription fee on a per Salesforce user basis. 

A "User" here refers to a Salesforce full license user in your Production Org. We do not count your Communities users

Are there any discounts for Nonprofits, Public Sector and Higher-Ed institutions?

Can I request a quote in a currency other than US Dollars?

Yes. We can provide a quote in your local currency.

However, for the purposes of billing, all payments are calculated in US dollars.
