- Click on the “View” button.
- Select the object for which you want to view the proof of de-identification.
- Add field and the original value and click on the search.
- Details of the record like:
- Record ID
- Source ID
- Created Date
- Last Modified Date
- Created By
- System Mod Stamp
- Account Name:
Note – The format to search the Date and Date/Time field should be in YYYY-MM-DD and YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS respectively
